As someone said, there is nothing keeping you from using ADO in VFP... but then you aren't really using the strangth of VFP which is it's data handling and binding.
As someone also said you can convert the cursor to a RS and back. But, I would rather perhaps use an ActiveX listbox/grid and just scan though the cursor than populate the ActiveX control. I guess it's 6 vs .5 of a dozen.

>I think the second question: "there's no equivalent to dynamic recordsets in ADO" is still to be solved. He means that there is no equivalent in a VFP remote view or SPT cursor to an ADO dynamic recordset. Perhaps someone has 'emulated' the dynamic recordset behavior.
