Your are right, I do not have a Novell client at home. I will be back at the client site tomorrow morning and will get the details on exactly what Novell client is used.

Are you aware of any issues with VFP 7 installs and Novell clients?

We reinstalled Win 98 on both machines and everything is fine. Very fortunately, their IT staff is not very touchy about these kind of failures. This could have been a real political problem.
