I'm attempting to use VFP tables (it does have a DBC)with a small C# program. Normally, I have a VFP table and I generate a PK by adding one to a integer field. But this requires that I "flock" the table to prevent any other user from getting the same PK. How do I something similar in C#? I have not used a stored procedure or a trigger in a DBC - so if this the way to go can someone point to some code or paper on how to do this. But I rather have someway to lock a VFP table in C #.
