Yes. The lockscreen speeds up a little, but not the same as in Hebrew Window NT. Now I am thinking what's the difference of "paint" between Hebrew Windows 98 and Hebrew Window NT. It seems the paint of Hebrew Windows 98 is slower than that of Hebrew Window NT. Do you have any idea about this?
