2 weeks ago I got hit at home with a backdoor trojan. After doing the scan Norton could not delete the virus. I found that was because it was currently running. I did Ctrl+Alt+Del to get the Processes. From there I could kill the process. After that it was deletable. If you find the same situation. Check your 'Start-up'. It might be listed in your Win.ini or Autoexec files. Each time you boot up, your PC might try to find it.
