This is an old command that is not available anymore. The following is a quote from VFP3's Help:

"Specifies where Visual FoxPro displays the status of the Num Lock, Caps Lock, and Insert keys. Available in FoxPro for MS-DOS only and is included for backward compatibility.

Syntax

SET SCOREBOARD ON | OFF"
