If you copy only the files created in the DISK# directories, they fit onto disk. The DISK# folder evidently is just large enough to cause a problem, so if you leave it behind, the setup works fine after that...at least mine did -- might be worth a try, though this was for 5.0...I've only done netsetups in 5.0a...
