Well in the absence of anything to the contrary, one would think that, like other SET commands interrogated through SET(), the result returned by SET() would be what was specified in SET DEFAULT TO Xxxxxxxxx.

If it is to be different then it deserves a documentation note or two, noting also any "bypass" that might exist to allow one to obtain the result anticipated. As it is now, WHO KNOWS!?!?!?!
