I am running redhat 7.2 (latest version) maybe its just putting in the right path into .bash_profile. I bet thats it.
who knows maybe it was a bad download. (had troubles with it) trying to download it again...
But seriously, I have looked all over the OO site, and not been able to find the docs saying what to do to install it.
I assume that you first extract it, using gunzip than tar -xvf installXXx.tar
that makes the install directory. Then run the ./setup from the install directory.
Thanks

What version of Linux are you running? If the libraries are ok, then you may need to add some path statements to your .bash_profile so all the right path will be present in your environment after you login.

>(Works sometimes, but not all the time if the target library has methods not in the standard library/)
In the beginning, there was a command prompt, and all was well.
