Colin,

Check "Always on Top" Form property = .T.?

Are you doing THISFORM.Release on the first form before you DO FORM the second form?

I was told to never do a DO FORM inside of a modal form to DO another form. DO FORM inside the .PRG that runs the first form or you might end up with forms stacking in memory if they don't get released before the next form is called in.

Just some thoughts that I have encountered when using all modal forms.

Best of luck.
