Olha só os retornos da função SYS(3054):

1) Com índice:
Rushmore optimization level for table B: none
Rushmore optimization level for table A: none
Joining Table B and table A using index tag Field1
Selected 1 record in 8,13 seconds

2) Sem índice:
Rushmore optimization level for table B: none
Rushmore optimization level for table A: none
Joining Table B and table A using index temp index
Selected 1 record in 3,10 seconds

Como vc pode analisar, me parece que o VFP está criando um índice TEMP para fazer o join quando ele não encontra os índices...

Mais alguma sugestão? ... :(
