I understand that base tables for the view need not be in the DE. The base tables will be closed with the view if autoopen and autoclose are set to .T. for default data session.

However, some of my base tables remain open after closing and I am wondering what is wrong. The way I implement the parameterized view is to set NODATEONLOAD=.T. and REQUERY in the load event or later event. Is this way the root of the problem?
