There are a few other advantages to the book too.

One is being able to have the book open on the desk next to you and following it through while your code editor is up on the screen.

The second big one is that it reduces repetative strees injury since you have to move major and different muscles to move from the mouse/screen to the book, turn page. And we know frequent use of Hackers 6.0 will develop strong forearms. (Good for the golf swing)
