In addition to what Vlad wrote, i remember reading a month ago an article wrotten by Rick Strahl ( i just don't remember where :-( ), about how to create graphic charts on the web. You might want to drop Rick a line and ask him.
Also, i don't think you will have any problem running an ActiveX control inside a Web page inside a VFP form, and in order to access the control i think you should use the DOM ( through Document property of the Web control object )
