Additionally to what Sergey wrote: There is an anomaly in the toolbar behaviour in TL forms ... The toplevel form must be visible, so a toolbar which is marked as "show in TL form", really shows in the TL window and not in the screen. Ergo: If you try to show a toolbar from the TL form's init event, it'll never show up in the TL form.
