>Old Fox apps will still run... maybe. There are a handful of old commands that have been removed. A VFP 6 or 7 app will run in VFP3 on Mac or Windows if the app doesn't use any commands, etc introduced after VFP3. It will need to be recompiled.

The problem you might run into is if you opened a menu using VFP 7. The format was changed and there is nothing to convert it back.
