When you send a print command use the prompt statement:

report form QUOTATION ;
for Q_Specs.Quote_Nbr = m.gnPickedQuote ;
noconsole to printer prompt

Once you have actually sent the report to the printer, your end user has control from the icon that appears in the toolbar, lower right on mine. I know that it has a special name but I can't remember it. Anyway, try this an see if that points you in the right direction.
