With us the problem was the users had till Tuesday to enter their time sheets for the previous week. After that their Dept heads evaluated them. Users were changing their PC time and going back to re-adjust things. This was not good.

I just happened upon the idea while I was here trying to learn stuff. Guess that's what I learned that day.
