As mentioned previously there are several packages written in VFP such as Visual Accountmate and SBT. With SBT you can get full source code. From what I understand with VAM you can get source to the forms and such, but not some of their base libraries.

ACCPAC is also mentioned here a lot. I've not used it, but I do know that it comes with an SDK.

Of course if you want to spend a few more bucks, there's Great Plains.
