We already have "TRAINING" in the titlebar and on another spot on the screen but some of the "brain surgeons" that I have using the system don't always pay attention. So we're trying to make it more obvious. May even go as far as to put a transparent image over the entire screen that they can touch through as they use touch screens.

Although you cannot change the title color, you can change the background color. Perhaps a bright-yellow background will ensure users realize they are running a different version of the app :)
