How do you know if they have an immediate availability?

How many are willing to travel/onsite/offsite, etc.

The entire list is alphabetical so with someone with a last name of "zzz???" would be at the bottom of the list.

In my circumstance, I can travel at a moments notice but that would not be reflected in a search....


I wonder if there is a better way to make announcments of availability....
