I make a report-form class, provide a button captioned "change report setting',


1. it bring up sys(1037) diaglog box,

2.after user change options and click ok, create a new report in invisible window
and save it immediatly

3. open the tempoary report file by a USE then get the content of EXPR field
replace the EXPR to my target report file.

As my test, the new report file will got all setting specified by sys(1037).


It sounds good to provide a way to end user to change default setting of a report file.
But what beat me is the sys(1037), it does not return any value at all, so i don't know
which button does the user click, ok or cancel ?

It's there a workaround ?

Please help. Thank you very much for any suggestion ?
