If you have the time to do it, you could create one using VFP.

You can issue all sort of requests to MSDE backend from within a VFP application to retrieve the list of database, tables, columns, fields, stored procedures, and so forth. You can use SQL DMO for some of these requests. Others will need to be done with plain T-SQL.
