Hi,
I am developing export module. My export module will COPY TO the result of my query the EXCEL (XL5) format. Then, It will automate Excel.application to format the column that is date/datetime data type.
I face an problem that, my exported excel file is not viewable if I automate excel using GETOBJECT. The file can be printed but not view as normal worksheet. It works fine if using CREATEOBJECT(). Why?
Also, after formatting, my prgram will display the excel file using EXCEL using ShellExecute() API if user thick the relavant checkbox as True. It causes Illegal Operation when I close the excel manually. Why?
