Michael, I realize this is a very open-ended situation, but would you have any hunches on what I am looking for? Let's say that the Avg. Disk Queue Length is significantly different between the two machines. Because the hardware is so similar, I am guessing that I am looking at either OS configuration or SQL configuration. Is it possible to give some hints as to where to go with the results of the perfmon? I realize this is a very open-ended question, but any thoughts you have would at least give me a direction to go for further investigation.

Will let you know about the perfmon results. Thanks.
