>>There was a long discussion abot this in the Thread #627628.

>>>I have a strange problem.

>>>I created a sign-on form which I made into a top-level form, and set SCREEN=OFF in my Config.fpw. It comes up, looks great, appears on the task bar as requestd. And if I click on the form it works fine.

>>>The only problem is the form comes up and seems to lose Windows focus. It does not come up as the active window. You can tell by the title bar color. And I can't type into until I click on it. Even if I make it "always on top" (which I don't like to do), or if it the only window open, it still isn't activated.

>Thanks, Sergey. The best I can glean from that discussion is that it is a bug in VFP7 and there isn't much I can do about it. Did I read that right?

Thanks for bringing this up, I may need it soon - and though the thread was quite long, I think Michel's final solution (about four messages before the end) is the solution.
