I've mixed up startmm.prg with mmsetup.prg in my last message. Sorry about that! CD to the MM root directory and run mmsetup.prg. This should fix your problem.

BTW: This is mentioned in the devguide, but I overlooked it as well, when I was first installing the new version :)
