That I knew... now you got me thinking... Yes, I bet you're right, this is the reason. The thing that threw me was some of the NULL value dates were selected on one of the servers but none on the other.

>I don't know about Oracle, but in VFP ?.NULL. = .NULL. RETURNS .NULL., not TRUE or FALSE as one might expect. I think it has something to do with NULL being the lack of a value and therefore cannot be equal to anything, including another null.
