How about if Michel added a button called "Previous 3" so we'd be able to see the message we're looking at, plus the three before it just to get context.

But I don't know if this would go over well. You change something near and dear to someones heart like the UT messages, an no matter how much sense it makes some are not going to like it.

I suppose thats up to Michel to find out from his customers though.
