Read your thread... a few questions though:

1. The class you defined (as in your query) as TBOXYES is a textbox and not a commandbutton - why does your comment line say 'create commandbutton'?

2. Your Keypress procedure saves the Value of a particular commandbutton and not the textbox tboxyes.
