I just discovered a new option within the PostgreSQL ODBC driver. Under the driver options there is a check box with a "Bools as Char" description. If this is check, which I think is the default, the driver will map a bool type field to a VFP chararter type field with 1 and 0. If this checkbox is not checked the PostgreSQL Driver will map the PostgreSQL bool to a FoxPro logical T or F. This would make it possible to handle the postgres bool type field either way.
