Thanks for pointing it out - I never noticed it :).
I suppose that box is yet another way to get feedback from them...
BTW, first time I tried to send feedback to Microsoft was in February 1995, when I had VFP3 Beta in my hands (or was it 98 and 6 Beta?).
There was some utility app which would send the bug report, and it was a two-page form with about forty text- and editboxes. When I finally clicked "send", it complained about a certain field (which I left blank because it absolutely didn't have anything to do with the case I was describing)... and sent me back to page one, with all the controls in it blanked.
I never tried to use it again... but I did mention it a lot to my manager, when he complained about bugs in our software and wanted us to at least try to reach Microsoft's standards.
After a while (and a bunch of other examples) he changed the tune into "we are not Microsoft, and our code must be as perfect as possible".
