When I ask them when they will be able to host .Net applications, they don't seem to know what that is. What does an ASP.Net host provider need to host .net web forms. Is it just a NT/2000 Server with aspnet.exe running in a process?

Basically, they need to install the Microsoft.Net framework, which is a free download. Then, they need to set up permissions for the ASPNET user. I assume there is a white paper somewhere that details how to set up permissions for a multi-site server.
