Not too sure because as always, it depends. They do a fairly cheap "starter" pack that was, 2 port, 5 user. Then it depends on whether you want Faxware, David or David Pro. They are all the same product with bits disabled. To be honest, we use David (in the middle) but as I develop Outlook/Exchange Server, we don't use the David Postman bits (all the email stuff), so, I guess, we could just as easily be using Faxware.

We bought several years ago but from memory, the 2+5 starter pack on Faxware was approx £300.00 'ish. You can buy additional client user packs in groups of five, or additional port licences. Recently, I have bought three additional port licences at £225.00 each. I recall that 5 user licence packs were in the "few hundred" quid range. If you need access to the product, client licences are fairly cheap. So, if jobs can be queued without the demand for immediate faxing, then you can get away with one or two ports. Each port licence is tantamount to a fax machine so, the port licence could be view as the costly bit. However, I look at it though, it work well, it is reliable and definately worth the money.
