If you go into your project and click on the class msoexp can you see frx2word? If you can't try unzipping it and re-compiling the project.

If you can, look at the first few lines of code which should give you some idea of the date of frx2word (should be Feb 2002).

If the above are OK, I would try uninstalling VFP7 and maybe VFP6 as well. Then re-install VFP6. At least in that way you can be sure you don't have a conflict between word and the 2 versions of VFP
