You are not the same Garret that works(ed) for Microsoft are you?? You answered some questions for me about a year ago. Thanks again. As a matter of fact Garret at MSFT recommended I check out Universal Thread, a good recommendation.

On the current problem, I did get a response from Crystal Reports (which I probably will be purchasing). Their techies emailed me that a "static margin" can be setup in which to place the legaleze. Another solution is an "Under lay". I down loaded an exam copy of FoxFire, nothing there.

I am going to put out a thread on the following:

I am attempting to generate word documents in a Fox App. I am doing so by attempting to creating a com client. Taking by leads from The Menachem Bazian book, Using VFP6. No references in the documentation for GetCOMInstance. loWord=GETOBJECT(, "word.Application") also does not work, gives me an ole error code 08x800401e3 operation unavailable. I have set oleobject on. Am I missing a service pack?
