I would prefer to use 'Use printable area', but is this specific to the printer I'm developing with, and can it cause conflicts with other printers out there?? The only thing I know about all this is that the popular HP Deskjet 600 series requires a lot more than 1/4 inch margins. I don't know if anyone in your office would use an inkjet, but it's something to think about.
