Selec the following:

Specify Application Data ---> File

Then locate the activeX control in the upper pane of form. Left Click on the activeX control and while holding the mouse button down drag it to the lower pane and place in the the directory where you want it to reside when your user run your distribution. Install Shield will handle everything else for you.
