Yes, you are correct. I was incorrect in that I had thought that Mr. Chavez was NOT a socialist. Apparently he is. This is, IMO, bad for us as a nation as we get a lot of our ooil from Venezuela and I'd expect to seem more social disintegration over the next year. Always happens and will in this case...
