I need to create an install that will allow users to 1. install from scratch [which copies necessary dbf files] OR 2. update an existing system [which does NOT overwrite existing dbf files]. I am willing to pay for something that works well, is easy to use and can handle the new/update install issue. I have read threads on Wise, InstallShield and Inno -- and remain somewhat confused. Doesn't seem like a clearcut winner. Any suggestions?
