I have a list box that lists rows in a file. I have a second list box that associates another file with the first files records. As the user changes the first list box, the second list box is suppose to be requery showing just the records associated with that item.

Is there a way to ONLY do the requery once the user pauses on a row in the first list box... sort of speed things up when moving up & down the list by not running the requery until stopped?
