How do you fix a bug you cannot reproduce? If the bug reporter cannot describe a set of steps to reproduce the bug because it is too difficult to reproduce it, how does MS figure out how to reproduce what they may have never seen?

Sorry, but I fix bugs too and I haven't yet figured out how to fix a bug I cannot reproduce.
