That's a line from winuser.h which is intended to be used in a C program. Just change it to:

#define MB_SETFOREGROUND 0x00010000

Oh, I've just seen that I've overlooked a 0 in in the value ... sorry ... forget about that define, it's not the same as MB_SYSTEMMODAL which is 0x0001000 and not 0x00010000*0*.
