I need to have a list on a form that will allow the user to drag and drop items from one place in the list to another. For example, if this is the list:

100 Item1
200
300 Item3
400 Item4
500 Item2 Item5

The user wants to be able to, for example, drag and drop the Item2 from the 500 slot to the 200 slot. So the resulting list is:

100 Item1
200 Item2
300 Item3
400 Item4
500 Item5

Any suggestions on how to approach this?
