Unfortunately this file is coming from an outside source so I do not have access to the original table.

I can get it to work using the Import wizard, but it is too slow as each table has almost 1.5 million records and I have 30 text files that I need to do this to.

PS I was born and raised around the Sioux Falls area, Larchwood, IA to be exact.
