ISE Limited that comes with VFP 7 will do pretty much everything you want and ISEexpress is pretty much the standard. ISE Limited is not quite as good with upgrades as ISExpress full version(you need to use a few workarounds). IMO, I would stay away from InstallShield Pro - way overkill for VFP installs..
