It seems that it's the part of the full version of MS SQL Server http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/sqlns/ns_prog_0rcj.asp. You can get a trial version of MS SQL Server which expires after 120 days http://www.microsoft.com/sql/evaluation/trial/2000/default.asp.
