Can anyone help with this problem?

I am using VFP 7.0 SP1 on Windows 2000. I have a grid with several columns. This grid is bound to a small free table. The free table has various test information and a logical field for Pass/Fail. In the last column of the grid I want to display a BMP image of a check mark if the record is marked Pass(.t.) or blank if the record is marked Fail(.f.).

I have tried this for hours and either the grid will display all BMP checkmarks for all records regardles of the Pass/Fail value or I get some bizarre icon that I don't even recognize. I have added controls, removed controls, set the dynamic current control of the column, used the =iif() condition in the current control, used the =iif() to set the picture of the image in the column.... I just can't seem to get it to work.

Anyone have any idea? If you can show me a working model it would be most appreciated.
