The title gives a clue to the problem's weirdness. I have a machine running Win2k server, sp2. I have noticed that when I right click on a folder, file etc to get the properties, the properties form never comes up. I can right-click and chose properties to my content, but the form itself never comes up. This machine has been formatted 3 times, with new OS and patches applied each time. Any ideas why this keeps consistently occuring? When this problem starts, I cannot open IIS either. I have to restart the machine to make it operable again. This happens consistently. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
