That's curious, I tested it in Win 98SE, WinNT and XP Pro (with VFP 5.0 SP3) on both local and network printers, and they all seem to work right. OUTPUT seems to have the PORT information, which for our network printers is the same as DEVICE. For "local" printers OUTPUT has LPT1:, FILE:, COM1:, etc.
